Scary and depressing, it’s getting blanket coverage across the airwaves, the press and (to a lesser extent) social media.

The war itself and the potential consequences and long-term effects are rightly at the top of the news agenda and are likely to be there for some time.

But without being flippant, if you’re a PR trying to get coverage for your client, charity or business, the war is bad news in other ways. It feels it has got ten times harder to get a look in against the very serious news that’s dominating.
